Our driver calls ahead, positions the container exactly where you need it, and you sign the delivery note.

How delivery costs are calculated

Delivery cost is based on distance from your nearest depot, container size (20ft vs 40ft), and access difficulty. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Before We Arrive

How to Prepare Your Site.

A little preparation before delivery day makes everything smoother and faster. Here's what our drivers need to complete a safe, efficient drop-off.

Clear Access Route

Our hiab truck is approximately 12m long and 2.5m wide. Check for low bridges, narrow lanes, and weight-restricted roads on the route to your site.

Firm, Level Ground

The truck needs firm, level ground to operate safely. Soft ground (wet grass, mud) can cause the truck to sink. Lay road plates or hardcore if needed.

Overhead Clearance

The crane arm needs clear overhead space. Check for power lines, trees, and building overhangs in the placement area. Minimum 5m clearance required.

Mark the Position

Decide exactly where you want the container before delivery day and mark it clearly. Repositioning after delivery is expensive.

Door Access

Ensure the container doors will be accessible once positioned. Don't place it with doors against a wall or fence. Leave at least 1m clearance on all sides.

Someone Must Be Present

An adult must be on site to direct the driver and sign the delivery note. Deliveries cannot be completed unattended.

Delivery FAQs

Common Delivery Questions.

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your container is dispatched. Your driver will also call you on the morning of delivery to confirm the arrival window and discuss any access requirements.

Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date to reschedule at no charge. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a redelivery fee.

Contact us before ordering and we'll arrange a site survey. Our drivers are experienced with difficult access — narrow lanes, steep driveways, and tight urban sites. We can also arrange specialist equipment for particularly challenging locations.

Yes. An adult must be on site to direct the driver, confirm the placement position, and sign the delivery note. We cannot leave a container unattended without a signed delivery confirmation.

Inspect the container before signing the delivery note. If you notice any damage that wasn't on the pre-delivery inspection report, note it on the delivery note and contact us immediately. Do not sign for a container you're not happy with.

Yes, we deliver nationwide including rural and remote locations. Delivery costs and timeframes may be higher for remote areas. Contact us for a specific quote.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Express delivery is available in 2–5 business days. You'll receive your estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email.

Yes. Collection is available from all 15 of our regional depots and can save you on delivery costs. You'll need a suitable vehicle (flatbed trailer or hiab) and must arrange collection within 5 business days of your order being ready.
